How much do wedding flowers typically cost?

We offer a fully bespoke wedding floristry service, with a minimum spend of £1500 for bouquets, buttonholes and one statement design.
Most couples invest more depending on the scale of their wedding, venue size, and design details such as statement installations or tablescape styling.

When should we book our wedding florist?

As soon as you’ve secured your date and venue.
Peak season weddings (April–October) often book 12–18 months in advance.

We’re currently prioritising 2026 weddings and are also open and booking for 2027 dates.

Do you offer wedding flower packages?

We don’t offer set packages — every Floral Menagerie wedding is designed completely bespoke.

This allows us to respond to your venue, colour palette, season and personal style, creating flowers that feel considered, intentional and truly yours, rather than one-size-fits-all.

What’s included in our floral investment?

Your bespoke quote typically includes:

• Design time and consultation

• All flowers and foliage

• Hire of vases, vessels and styling elements

• Delivery and full setup at your venue

• Strike-down following your celebration

Anything outside this will always be discussed clearly in advance.

Can you work to a specific budget?

Yes — we’ll always be honest and realistic about what’s achievable.

Once we understand your priorities (for example, statement ceremony flowers vs table designs), we’ll advise how to best allocate your budget for maximum impact.

Do you only work on large weddings?

Not at all. We design flowers for weddings of all sizes — from intimate celebrations to large-scale installations.

Our minimum spend reflects the time, expertise and logistics involved in delivering a thoughtful, full-service floral experience.

What style of wedding flowers do you specialise in?

Our work is inspired by editorial fashion, interiors and the natural world.
We’re known for bold yet romantic colour palettes, thoughtful texture, and designs that photograph beautifully without feeling overly styled.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We’re based on the west coast of Scotland, just 20 mins from Glasgow, and design wedding flowers across Scotland and beyond, including destination weddings.

Travel and logistics are always factored transparently into your quote.

We have booked a stylist to help create our vision – do you work with other suppliers?

We believe weddings should be filled with creativity and collaboration. We love to work alongside other vendors including planners, stylists, cake designers and visual content creators. We simply ask that we are the only provider of flowers (fresh or faux) on the day. This is to ensure a high standard of aesthetic cohesion throughout.

Do you use sustainable practices?

Yes — sustainability matters to us. We avoid floral foam preferring to use alternative, sustainable mechanics, and compost all our green waste. We’re always looking for ways to tread more lightly.

How do we book Floral Menagerie?

If we’re available, we’ll confirm next steps and guide you through our design and booking process, including a consultation meeting once your date is secured.

What happens after we book?

Once booked, we’ll schedule your consultation meeting to discuss your designs in detail — colour palettes, floral moments, logistics and budget.

You’ll receive a tailored proposal and mood board, refined as your plans evolve.
