Floral Menagerie is our fully bespoke wedding floristry service, created for couples who want their flowers to play a central role in the atmosphere and storytelling of their celebration.

Rather than working from pre-designed collections, every Floral Menagerie wedding begins with a collaborative design process where we explore your ideas, venue, colour palette and overall aesthetic.

From refined bouquets to immersive ceremony installations and statement floral moments, each design is created exclusively for your wedding and thoughtfully composed to complement the setting and season.

Floral Menagerie allows couples to experience our signature naturalistic style in its most expressive form — ideal for larger celebrations, design-led weddings and couples seeking a truly personalised floral concept.

Our Bespoke Design Process

1. Enquire About Your Wedding

Begin by completing our enquiry form and sharing as much detail as possible about your wedding day — including your venue, date, colour palette and any floral ideas you already have in mind. This helps us understand the atmosphere you’re hoping to create.

2. Initial Estimate or Discovery Call

If we have enough information from your enquiry, we may be able to prepare an initial estimate for your wedding flowers. If we need to explore your plans in a little more detail, we’ll invite you to a short Discovery Call so we can talk through your ideas and vision together.

3. Securing Your Date

Once you’re happy with the initial estimate, your wedding date can be secured with a 10% non-refundable booking fee.

4. Full Design Consultation

Around 3–6 months before your wedding, the creative process really begins. We’ll arrange a full consultation via video call or, if you prefer, meet in person over coffee. During this conversation we explore colour, texture, scale and the floral moments that will shape the atmosphere of your day — from bouquets and buttonholes to ceremony flowers and reception styling.

5. Design Proposal & Moodboard

Following our consultation, we’ll create a detailed Design Proposal and visual Moodboard that brings your floral concept together and helps you clearly picture how everything will look on the day.

6. Second Instalment

Once you’re happy with the Design Proposal, your second instalment (20% of the total cost) is due.

7. Final Check-In

Around 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a final check-in to confirm details and make any small adjustments. Your final balance is due four weeks before the wedding.

8. Creating Your Wedding Flowers

As your wedding approaches, we source the most beautiful seasonal flowers and carefully create each design in our studio. On the day of your wedding, we deliver, install and style your flowers so everything is perfectly in place before your celebration begins.

9. A Beautifully Flowered Celebration

Your wedding flowers will be thoughtfully designed to enhance the atmosphere of your day — creating a setting that feels natural, abundant and completely personal to your celebration.
